Can’t go to Paris, France because of the Covid-19 pandemic?

At least art-lovers have a reason to celebrate, as Louvre – one of the world’s largest art museums, and one of Paris’s most iconic historic monuments – offers free online tours of some of its most important and popular exhibits.

These include: Egyptian Antiquities, and works of Renaissance artists (hello, Michelangelo!).

Virtual tour features include:

  • 360-degree look at the museum, and
  • additional information on the histories of artifacts when clicked

There are seven themes available to tour, including: Galerie d’Apollon, Remains of the Louvre’s Moat, and various exhibits at the Petite Galerie.
