The concert is presented by The CCP Complex Employees Organization with the support of the Cultural Center of the Philippines in cooperation with SSI Group, Inc., Rustan Marketing Corporation and Harbour Square. It is a fundraising project of the CCPCEO for its health and wellness programs, and other projects for the welfare of its members.  The CCPCEO is led by its Board of Directors composed of Gemma Marco, Romeo Yan, Jocel Pacada, Maria Arlene Asis, Ramil Austria, Ma. Judith Peña, Avel Griar, Joselle Calizo, Arlin Ballesteros, Edgar Laganas, Ronald Rosas, Teresa de Guzman, Ferdinand Sevilla, Jorge Joy Sababan and Andrew Baldonado.

Directed by Ariel S. R. Yonzon, the concert showcases the artistic fusion of classical music and Original Filipino rock music composed by Aegis. While the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, led by Maestro Herminigildo Ranera, adds classical flavor to the rock band’s original music, Aegis also surprises audiences with a crossover performance of classical numbers. Guest tenor Arman Ferrer will also perform a special number.

Aegis is a Filipino pop rock band formed in the 1990s. The band is composed of sisters Juliet, Mercy and Ken Sunot on vocals, Rey Abenoja on guitars, Stella Pabico on keyboards, Rowena Pinpin on bass and drummer Vilma Goloviogo. The group is known for its singles such as “Luhà” (“Tears”), “Halík” (“Kiss”), and “Basáng-basâ sa Ulán” (“Drenched in the Rain”).

Tickets are available at P1500, P1300, P1000, P700, P500 and P300.
