Cinemalaya films from 2005 to 2014 are being screened free of charge at the Cultural Center of the Philippines’ CCP Arthouse Cinema, a film program that allows audiences to engage with local and international art films and their makers through film screenings, talkbacks, special events and other film-related activities.
The Cinemalaya film exhibition forms the “Cinemalaya Presents…” series of the newly launched CCP Arthouse Cinema program.
Films to be shown in this series include Busong and K’na, the Dreamweaver on October 8, Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros and Quick Change on October 29, Niño and Requieme! on November 26, Jay andSampaguita on December 10, Dinig Sana Kita and The Animals on January 14, 2016; Boses and Gulong on January 28, 2016, Amok and Tribu on February 11, Ang Sayaw ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa and Tulad ng Dati on February 18, Ang Babae sa Septic Tank and Kamera Obskura on March 10, ICU Bed #7 and 100 on March 31, Colorum and Transit on April 14, and Brutus and Batad: Sa Paang Palay on April 28.
“Cinemalaya Presents…” series is held on the 2nd and last Thursdays of each month at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Tanghalang Manuel Conde (CCP Dream Theater).
