Kip Oebanda’s “Liway” tells the story of a family inside a military camp during Martial Law. By using fantastical storytelling of a harsh reality, it easily reminds one of a pale version of ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’. And then there’s Glaiza de Castro’s extremely well-done eyebrows.
