SBC-PAO marks 10th year with ‘A Merry Bridgetine Christmas Carol’, slated from Dec. 5

Since its inception in 2010, AMBC serenade songs to flaunt Christmas celebration in a Bridgetine way. It has also remained a platform for PAO talents to use their artistry while inspiring others.

The St. Bridget College Batangas’ Performing Arts Office – Institutional Culture and Arts Program (SBC PAO-ICAP), in collaboration with the Repertory Brigid (SBC PAO-RB), will continue to give joy in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic with the holding of the annual ‘A Merry Bridgetine Christmas Carol’ (AMBC) on December 5, 12, 19 and 23. 

The shows will be available at SBC Performing Arts Office’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/sbcpao).

Since its inception in 2010, AMBC serenade songs to flaunt Christmas celebration in a Bridgetine way. It has also remained a platform for PAO talents to use their artistry while inspiring others.

For this year’s AMBC, the show will highlight the character of “BABA”, and will be revealed through weekly episodes of narrative song and dance performances for the whole month of December. 

“As SBC-PAO marks its 10th year of A Merry Bridgetine Christmas Carol, no pandemic will stop these talents to make a difference in empowering us with passion as it will always pave its way to play along and warm our hearts,” a statement from SBC-PAO stated. “The spirit of Christmas may seem to be difficult due to our current situation. (But) being the most awaited season, our holiday hearts will surely not miss the magical celebration of Christmas in a Bridgetine way.
