Each of the grantees will receive a tour grant of Php 60,000 each to enable them to implement a short tour and render two performances of their local productions within or outside their community between July-August this year.

The Local Tour Grants Program is part of the 45th anniversary celebration of the CCP as well as the 35th year of its outreach and exchange programs. Through the program, the CCP CED endeavors to support and motivate local cultural performing groups to achieve artistic excellence and promote local art and cultural expressions in various venues and communities. More importantly, the program is a celebration of the center’s regional cultural work in the last three and a half decades. Following the anniversary theme of “Sining ay Buhay, Buhay ang Sining” (Art is Life, Art is Alive), the local tour grants program will present the flourishing of arts and culture in the regions.
