Elmer Borlongan, one of the leading contemporary artists today, holds a retrospective of his works on paper from the 1970s when he started attending art workshops until the present.

Drawing continues to be the foundation of Borlongan’s creative process. Whether intended as studies for paintings or as final works, the spontaneity of drawings captures the artist’s approach in concept development, composition, and representation.

Featured works will include drawings in pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, and watercolor and selected paintings from the artist’s collection and private lenders.
